Thanks for considering this. Before you start, the honest version of what you’d be saying yes to: 9 two-hour gatherings between September and June, a monthly call with your atelier of 3-4 people that you will be journeying closely with for the entire year, roughly an hour of reading, 3-5 hours of practice each month, and four days together in-person next August. This boils down to about 10 hours a month, for twelve months.

Tuition will slide between $200-500 CAD, but we will actively work on keeping costs low so you can fully engage and participate in Studio without the feeling of financial pressure. The only real cost we'd ask you to consider is the retreat.

This form will take about 25 minutes to complete. There are five questions in it that actually matter, and none of them have a right answer — we aren’t looking for the most impressive artists, we’re looking for people who are ready to be formed. Please write plainly rather than well. We’d rather read something that is true rather than something polished.

Everyone who applies will then be invited to a short interview with either Jess or Karina.
